1. Structure-function studies in metalloproteins:
(i)thermodynamic characterization and (ii) NMR solution structure determination.

2. Study of the electron transfer pathways of bacteria involved in removal of toxic and radionuclides metals.

3. Optimization of metalloproteins for Bioremediation using genetic engineering tools.
