WORKS4U invites you to participate in the workshop dedicated to theme “Bridging Academia & Industry in Chemistry and Life Sciences”, which will take place on May 30th, from 14:00 to 17:30, Sala Ágora, at FCT-NOVA.
We are pleased to announce the programme below and the panel of speakers for this session (see flyer). Our ambition is to promote a dialogue and discuss the gap that exists in Portugal between Academia and Industry, focusing on the Chemical and Biopharmaceutical Sectors, covering specific areas in Chemistry and Life Sciences of our Research Units.
The objectives are to discuss the needs of these Sectors and how the research developed in Academia can meet with Industry for:
1) Innovation and translation of research;
2) Technological development;
3) Training of Human resources;
4) Highly qualified scientific employment.
