The Proof of Concept Grant 2023, in the amount of 150,000 euros, was awarded to the research project "ImproVita - Improve the shelf life of perishable goods through stabilisation of vitamins".
The delegation, which was mentored in chemistry by LAQV-REQUIMTE, won gold and silver medals
The research was reported in the journal Nature Communications.

The PROSPLIGN project - PROSPecting natural LIGNin biodiversity towards unlocking value-added bioactive motifs and molecules – is an European funded Research and Innovation Action project awarded €3.4 Million euros and has officially kicked off in Dublin last week.
